Clinic Based Physical and Occupational Therapy
We offer adult medical-model direct physical and occupational therapy services at our new outpatient clinic, located in Pittsfield. The clinic is the ideal space to receive one-on-one tailored therapy services as it provides two private treatment rooms and one semi-private treatment room. Therapists work in collaboration with you and your medical team to develop an individualized plan of care based on identified needs. Follow-up sessions are carried out at the clinic while having access to all its amenities.
Interventions can focus on carpel tunnel, tendonitis, rotator cuff injuries, arthritis management, gait disturbances, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, balance and coordination challenges, self-care challenges, range of motion deficits, pain, decreased endurance, gross motor deficits and overall weakness.

Our company provides adult medical-model, telehealth physical and occupational therapy services delivered to you in the comfort of your own home. Patients who receive telehealth services are assessed during an in-person initial evaluation process, held at the outpatient clinic. Follow-up physical and occupational therapy sessions are carried out via telehealth.
Interventions target mild deficits that do not require hands on treatment and that can be addressed via video communications.

Consultations for Physical and Occupational Therapy
Adult physical and occupational therapy consultation services are also avliable through Function First Therapy. These services treat patients through the coaching-model where helpful activities are provided via email or phone, to work toward therapy goals. Consultations do not include in-person follow-up therapy sessions and are not billable through insurance companies.
Interventions focus on disabilities that require minimal guidance. Consultations provide therapy support while still allowing for independence.
